Return Policy

Our return policy is very simple:

If you're not happy with a purchase that you made on WoodruffGuided.com, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date.   As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price.   Please note - Woodruff Guided does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.

SHIPPING POLICY

Products require 2 - 8 business days to print and manufacture before shipping, depending on the product. Products will ship from the manufacturing facility located nearest to your destination address.

Please note - even if you select "overnight" as your shipping method, we still need the time (above) to actually print, assemble, and package your order. Everything at WoodruffGuided.com is printed and manufactured "on demand". We don't have any pre-made products sitting on our shelves.
